M-Cubed is committed to delivering technologically current, innovative, compliant solutions to our customers through the use of industry best practice based processes.  We constantly monitor the IT industry to determine when technological improvements in either our processes or solutions are warranted and make our clients aware of, and recommend implementing when applicable, those improvements.  M-Cubed has designed its systems integration processes to the CMMI level 3 standards and we have worked on several projects that require CMMI certification including projects at the IRS and U.S Census Bureau.

M-Cubed’s strength in providing Program Management support is directly related to our use of proven methodologies and commercial best practices that we have developed over the past 24 years.  The M-Cubed Program Management Methodology (MPMM) enables us to address the following project management functions, which comprise the total scope of any project:

  • scope management;
  • quality management;
  • resource management;
  • schedule management;
  • risk management;
  • communication management;
  • contract management;
  • and financial management.

MPMM is a comprehensive Software Engineering Institute's Systems Engineering Capability Maturity Model Integrated (SEI CMMI) certified systems engineering and application development best practice that is integrated with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and customer processes.  M-Cubed will customize our MPMM processes to meet the specific goals of each customer engagement.  As a minimum, we will prepare, revise, update and maintain program management documentation to include program related project plans, briefings, meeting agendas and minutes, white papers, and technical assessments.  We provide a monthly status report that presents the progress, issues, and cost expenditures for the reporting period.  This report capture planned objectives for the following month, and provides a summary of the quality assurance, configuration management and security management applied in support of each contract task order.
