Mr. Jones brings more than 30 years of experience in Operations, Financial Markets, and Investing covering a variety of industries and unique situations.  For 12 years Mr. Jones was an investment officer in the private placement department at The Equitable Life Assurance Society of The United States (“ELAS”) in New York City.  At Equitable, Mr. Jones was one of the key investment professionals investing a substantial portion of EQUITABLE’S $30 billion private placement portfolio in various private investments, merchant banking and investment vehicles.   Since 1993 he has been a private investor in several growth businesses, principally serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for M-Cubed Information Systems, Inc., a complex computer systems integrator with focus on “e-business” solutions, located in Washington, DC.  The Company was cited by INC Magazine on its INC 500 list in 1997 and 1998, as one of the 500 fastest growing private companies in America.  In 1998, Mr. Jones was honored as “Small Business Person of the Year” by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Mr. Jones is also one of the co-founders and Chief Executive Officer of Mind Safety Management, LLC, a management consulting firm located in St. Louis, MO. Peter obtained an M.B.A.,  Finance and Computers & Information Systems from the University of Rochester,  Rochester.
