These images are tagged, OCRed, and stored in a secured instance of our portal software for easy search, retrieval and collaboration. Our state-of-the-art access control system helps to dictate which users within your organization have access to the documents contained within each category type.
Most modern operating systems come with built-in search tools that create an index of all of the files on your computer. While useful, these tools are only capable of searching for strings of text within file names of the files stored on your computer. Our software searches file names as well as the contents of documents therefore making locating documents after they have been digitalized and stored much less time-consuming.
