Incorporated in 1985 by two former Dupont employees, M-Cubed began as a professional services firm providing project management, technical services and state-of-the-art information technology solutions to industry, government and non-profit organizations focused on IBM legacy systems, financial applications and networking.

In 1987, M-Cubed began developing and implementing client server applications with customized database solutions and complex networks integrated with legacy mainframe systems.

Today, M-Cubed is the prime contractor for more than $60 million in federal contracts and is a subcontractor for other government-wide contracts.

M-Cubed was named 1997 Small Business Partner of the Year for the U.S. Treasury Department, the 1998 U.S. Small Business Administration’s Business of the Year, for the state of Delaware and the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Company of the Year for the Mid-Atlantic region. M-Cubed was listed among the Top 100 Fastest Growing Private Corporations In America according to the October 1997 edition of Inc. Magazine and again in the October 1998 edition.

M-Cubed currently has over 75 employees operating from its offices in Rockville, Maryland and Wilmington, Delaware. With anticipated sales of between $15 million and $20 million this year, company officials expect sales to reach $75 million to $100 million within four years.
