Our VisionIn the beginning…

Since our conception in 1985, we have envisioned creating a coalition of collective-minded, multi-talented professionals who aim to solve the complex information technology challenges of the Mainframe Era. We now collaborate with companies in the public and private sectors to achieve our evolved vision: designing, developing and implementing frameworks that encourage growth and synergy within the rapidly evolving tech landscape.

Corporate Environmental Policy
We are committed to protecting the environment and controlling the usage of resources in manufacturing and related activities through continuous improvement of environmental protection. To achieve these goals, environmental management programs will comply with relevant environmental legislation rules and regulations prescribed by the cities, states and countries of our plants. The environmental management systems will define objectives and targets for prevention and reduction of pollution in manufacturing, and related processes to safeguard adverse impact on the environment. The European Union’s (EU’s) Restriction of Certain Hazardous Substances (RoHS) and Waste from Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directives require the reduction and/or removal of a number of hazardous substances, including lead and other materials, from most electronic components, products and assemblies by July 1, 2006, as well as the recycling of most electrical and electronic equipment beginning on August 13, 2005. We are committed to protecting the environment. We have continued to advance our environmental and technology leadership role by proactively developing and implementing RoHS-compliant processes, including lead-free manufacturing, while managing the environmentally sound recovery and disposal of environmental waste. Our objective is to encourage and facilitate the open exchange of ideas and technology that will address the needs of our global environment today and in the future.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Corporate Social Responsibility and principles of the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC) are fundamental to our culture and core values. These values reflect the corporate social and environmental sustainability commitments we make to our clients, stakeholders, employees and communities where we do business around the world.
These commitments drive us to:
  • Perform with the highest standards of governance and ethics
  • Provide products and services that meet the rising expectations of our clients and business partners
  • Attract and retain quality employees
  • Provide meaningful support in our communities
  • Improve the social and environmental impact of our business practices and those of our suppliers
We are committed to comply with the directives/regulations that require disclosures regarding conflict minerals and measures taken to combat human trafficking and slavery. In particular, we are adopting best practices developed by industry groups, such as the Global e-Sustainability Initiative (GeSI) and the EICC, to conduct our due diligence in these areas. We work collaboratively with our suppliers to encourage their compliance with the EICC’s supply chain initiatives. We are committed to incorporating these standards into our internal auditing programs and supplier surveys to help ensure compliance with our standards, and to work towards continuous improvement of our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
